1. Placing your order
World Wide Gifts is a boutique online store, specialising in a wide variety of travel and tourism memorabilia. Using our Website, you will be able to order our merchandise from anywhere in the world and have them shipped to your doorstep.
We process and mail all orders via Russian Post or UPS within two business days (except Saturday, Sunday and State Holidays of Russia) of your placing the order, provided full payment has been made in case of a pre-paid order (not applicable in case of cash on delivery method of payment). All shipments are carefully double-packed by us to help ensure that the items are unbroken upon delivery. However, in the rare case that you do receive a damaged item, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Delivery time of orders depend on the country, in general from 3 to 20 days. Please note that this estimated time does not include any possible delays that can be in place because of your country’s customs authorities or because of slow processing of international mail by your country’s local postal services.
For a smooth customer experience, we advise you to open an Account on our Website by submitting your full name, email address and phone number, although it is also possible to order items off the Website without any registration. You must not use any other person's account to access the Website. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify World Wide Gifts immediately of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. World Wide Gifts cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
Please also note that all postal services of the World (including Russian Post, USPS, PostNL, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, etc.) are extremely overwhelmed before great celebrations like Christmas and New Year. So, expect 1-2 weeks delays in November and December as well as before your country's local celebrations.

2. Pricing and taxes
All items are individually priced in the Website in $US dollar, $CA dollar, $AU dollar, €Euro, and £Pound Sterling (the selector can be found at the top of any page). All prices are final unless otherwise stated. If your card is issued in a foreign currency other than the ones stated above, pricing will depend on applicable foreign exchange rates as per your Bank’s rules and regulations.
Shipping prices are calculated automatically based on the weight and destination of the order. There are two ways to see the exact shipping prices:
- To create an account on our Website and fill in shipping info. In this case every time you visit Shopping Cart, you will be able to see the lowest possible rate for delivery (this information is updated automatically based on the item in your Shopping Cart).
- To add all products that you like in your Shopping Cart and to start Checkout process. After you fill in the shipping address, you will be able to see all possible options as well as additional info about delivery (websites for tracking, average time of delivery, etc.).
Please note that any additional import duty, sales tax, and/or other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility. Usually, UPS levies some percentage of VAT on almost all EU shipments (but not on US ones) whereas orders up to US$200 (2 kg or 4 pounds) sent by regular postal services are not taxable. We advise you to please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
World Wide Gifts accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) as well as PayPal. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any American Express Card, Discover Card or personal checks at this time.
All credit card payments are processed by our third party payment gateway partner PaySera, which adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
- 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
- Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
- Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

If you choose to pay for your order through PayPal, we advise you to refer to https://www.paypal.com/ag/webapps/mpp/shop/faq if you have any questions regarding their mode of operation and/or level of security.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid card number and billing address is provided for us to successfully process your payment. All pre-paid orders are followed up by an online receipt via email to the email address provided by you during placing your order. In case you have any question about the pricing or method of payment, feel free to reach out to our customer support before making the payment. We do not store any financial information including card details from our customers and accept no liability for any error in any third party payment gateway under any circumstances whatsoever.
4. Return and refund policy
World Wide Gifts is a satisfaction guaranteed business. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please notify us as soon as possible. We will send out a replacement of any broken products at no cost to you or we will refund your purchase (minus delivery fees) once the items have been returned to us (please allow up to 5 days for the credit once the items have been received).
Please note that World Wide Gifts cannot provide full refund in the following cases:
- The delivery address was wrong or incomplete (our postal label only contains information that was provided during placing your order at checkout).
- The parcel was unclaimed and/ undeliverable (official tracking information records "Unclaimed", "Unsuccessful delivery", "No Authorized Recipient" or similar statuses). It is your responsibility to track the parcel and claim it when it arrives.
- Local taxes/fees were not paid as and where applicable.
- Order contained souvenirs that are deemed illegal in the recipient country as per local laws, and as the result, the parcel was held by Customs Authorities.
In such cases two options are possible. First, we wait for the parcel to get back to us, which can take up to 1-2 months (returns tend to be slower than regular delivery). And then, you can choose to either (a) pay again for the delivery (since the previous delivery fees were spent for an unsuccessful delivery) and we mail you the order item(s) once more; or (b) we refund you the order value total minus the delivery fees that were spent for the unsuccessful delivery. In the second case, please note that since we usually sponsor a part of delivery fees, actual shipping expenses (and consequent deductions) are usually significantly higher that what you initially pay to us.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer at all times, except where the items were damaged or the wrong items were shipped.
5. Acceptable use of website
In order to maximize your user experience in using the Website, and avoid, eliminate or minimize disruptive activities, we kindly ask you to maintain the following:

World Wide Gifts reserves the right to suspend or cease providing any services relating to the Website, with or without notice, and shall have no liability or responsibility to you in any manner whatsoever if it chooses to do so.
8. Limitation of liability
By using the World Wide Gifts Website, you hereby acknowledge and agree that such usage is at your sole risk and responsibility. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes as to the validity, execution, performance, interpretation or termination of this Agreement will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Moscow. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the enforceability of any other part or provision of this Agreement.
World Wide Gifts reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the same on the Website.
