Small yet Filled with Elegance - Old Illinois brings back memories to Cherish

Also known as Lincoln's Capital, the Old Illinois is State Capitol is constructed in with a Greek design, and is where President Barack Obama announced he was running for president. This historic site in the United States is the fifth capitol building in the country, and came into existence in the early 1837 -1840's. It was during this time that Lincoln Served as a lawmaker and pleaded most of his cases, and was later on transformed into the county courthouse. In this souvenir from the United States, the Capitol stands tall lit up at night, which is relatively similar to the real deal. Rebuilt in the late 1960's, the Old Illinois State Capitol served its last term, and was then made available to the Illinois historic preservation Agency. The building is now used on many stately occasions such as the introduction of dignitaries to include Vice President Joe Biden.
